The Healthy Unicorns

About this resource

The Healthy Unicorns: Jump In is an engaging wellbeing project from Ootiboo that introduces children to healthy lifestyle choices through the magical world of The Naughtiest Unicorn. Designed for primary-aged children, the project combines storytelling, creative activities and practical challenges to help children understand the connection between nutrition, movement and emotional wellbeing. Developed in collaboration with Bexley Council, nutritional therapist Louise Merceica, Spark UK and children's publisher Farshore, the project encourages children to make positive choices by exploring three key themes: Choosing, Doing and Feeling. Through interactive classroom resources and self-care activities, children learn how healthy habits can help them feel happier, stronger and more confident. Perfect for primary schools, families and youth groups, this creative resource supports PSHE, health education and wellbeing by encouraging children to build lifelong healthy habits in a fun, imaginative and accessible way.
